manually blacklisting the following DVB-T modules to prevent them from
claiming the device:
- ``dvb_usb_rtl28xxu``
- ``rtl2832``
- ``rtl2830``

``/etc/modprobe.d/rtlsdr.conf``) if they are not already present.
